LEADERSHIP

Our Scholarship Programs are intended to guide students to discover, develop, and strengthen their leadership skills and talents and use them to serve their families, the Church, and society at large. Each year students who participate in the Scholarship Programs and their parents have the opportunity to participate in leadership seminars offered by Fundacion Camino de Emaus. These Seminars are offered in the places where IELCO is present in Colombia. The topics of these seminars change every year. 

The implementation of these seminars has been an opportunity, not only for students and their parents, but also for us, to share knowledge and experiences and also to identify our most felt needs and our dreams as individuals and as Christians. These seminars are of great importance and practical value.
