My name is Julian Stephen. With my family we have been part of the Lutheran church for about 13 years and are an active part of their ministries. The congregation we attend is La Victoria in Villavicencio. This congregation has been an integral part of my training and growth as a Christian leader. The guidance of my parents and family has been instrumental in my ability to overcome any obstacle.
I thank God even for the obstacles I have gone through, as such obstacles have been an important part of my formation. Unlike the serious problems that many people face, I have been blessed with a very pleasant life experience. Influenced by my father’s professional approach as a Business Administrator, I consider myself a creative person and connect very well with the career I studied. With my Professional Degree in Marketing, I hope to gain relevant experiences to provide contextualized solutions to society, either through a socially responsible work company or by building my own projects.
Like the impressive bridges of the Bogotá- Villavicencio highway, I see myself as a professional builder and very committed to building our country’s socio-economic infrastructure on the solid foundations of peace, justice and reconciled diversity. I will always be grateful to God and to you Fundacion Camino de Emaus. You are giving our families, congregations and Colombian society young professionals like me who are committed to building a dignified, just and reconciled Colombia.
